Return and Exchange
Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event there is a quality issue with your Product, you may email us at CS@somethingode.com us within fourteen (14) days after the order has been placed.
- However, this does not apply if you simply changed your mind or do not like the scent of the Products.
- You shall email us at CS@somethingode.com or by post to Flat/Rm 1219-21, 41 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. If you are emailing us or writing to us please include details including the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.
- You can either send them back or hand them to our office, we will email you to confirm when we have received the Products.
- The returns send back to Something Ode must include the original tags/labels must not be taken out or damaged. The returns must be clean and cannot be washed or damaged.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to Something Ode in an unsuitable condition, the returned items may have to send back to the Customer and the shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
